What a readout costs

Fees follow the mess of the event list and whether we sit in Johor Bahru or on a shared call. Nothing here is a monthly plan.

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and cover the people named on the practice page. Travel inside Johor Bahru is included. Flights from other cities are billed at cost if you want us in the room.

Starting bands

Player funnel and retention audit — from RM 18,000 for a title with a short event list and one store country, up to a higher fixed fee when several countries, mixed ad/IAP sessions, or a tutorial that still changes twice a week. The intake call is how we choose the band.

Live-ops week notes — RM 7,500 for five working days beside one season or shop refresh. Extra days after Friday are a separate note, not an automatic extension.

Economy pass — from RM 12,000 when sinks and sources fit on one table. Mixed currencies, tickets, and rewarded video in the same loop sit higher.

Soft-launch sit-in — from RM 14,000 for two patch cycles. If the freeze slips, we pause rather than pretend two days were two cycles.

What moves a quote

How many event names fire in the first ten minutes, whether we can export without a new permission fight, how many people must be in the workshop, and whether the publisher NDA slows the first week. We do not charge by player count.

What we do not bill

User acquisition spend, store featuring, new tracking implementation, or a retainer that “keeps an eye on DAU.” If you need a longer relationship, we book another readout with a new scope.
