How we handle information you send
This notice describes how Tool Meadow Core handles personal information when you use this website, send an enquiry, or book a sit-in. It sits alongside the cookie notice.
Who is responsible

What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, the readout you selected, optional preferred week, and the message you write about your title. From email or phone: whatever you choose to send. From the site: technical logs our host may keep (IP address, time, page) for security and to serve the pages. If you book work, we also hold the business contacts, scope, and materials needed for the sit-in.
We do not ask for identity-card numbers, bank passwords, or player account credentials through the public form.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, to schedule and deliver a readout, to invoice, to keep records required under Malaysian law, and — if you accepted analytics cookies — to understand which pages are read. Legal bases include taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a booked contract, legitimate interests in running a small practice, and consent where you chose analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages that do not become a booking are kept up to 18 months, then deleted, unless a dispute requires a longer hold. Booking files, invoices, and tax records are kept for the period Malaysian law expects for business records. Player-level exports from a sit-in are deleted after the engagement unless the written scope states a longer hold.
Who we share with
We do not sell contact lists. We may share information with the host that serves this static site, an email provider, and accountants or lawyers when a booking requires it. People named on the practice page see what they need to do the work.
International transfers
Some hosts or email providers may store copies outside Malaysia. When that happens we look for a provider that offers appropriate safeguards. You may ask us where a current provider sits.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to restrict or object to certain uses, subject to Malaysian law and records we must keep. You may withdraw cookie consent from the banner’s stored choice by clearing site data or writing to us. To exercise rights, email hello@toolmeadowcore.click. You may also contact the relevant Malaysian authority that oversees personal data complaints.
Children
The site is aimed at studio staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the form.
Changes
We will update this page when our handling changes in a way you should know about.
