Soft-launch sit-in
Company in the room while a Malaysian or SEA storefront is still small enough to change the tutorial without a press note.
Soft launch is when D1 is a moving target because the tutorial is still a draft. We join for two patch cycles, keep a shared log of which events changed, and stop the team quoting last week’s D1 as if it were this week’s player.
Bring store country list, testers’ notes from at least one Tuesday session, and whoever can freeze a build long enough to compare two days. We will not handle store featuring requests or press.
